Dear Friends and Fellow Rotarians,
Welcome to the world of Rotary
International where members meet, network, socialize and, more
importantly, give of themselves in service to others. A
worldwide organization, Rotary has a rich history of successes
in education, eradicating disease and helping people providing
healthcare and promoting goodwill.
This year, 2007, marks the 20th Anniversary of the
Ridgewood A.M. Rotary Club and we are delighted to observe this
special occasion. In the course of 20 years we have grown in
countless ways—in members who have joined our Club and have been
active in community service and fundraising, to organizations
who have benefited from these activities. From the orphanage at
Pwoje Espwa in Haiti to the gates at the James Rose House in
Ridgewood, to the District 7490 Gift of Life Program, our
members have continually demonstrated “Service Above
Self”. |

Rotary, too! If you are interested in making a difference—not
just locally but globally—then Rotary might just be the
organization you’re looking for. Our Club is filled with
energetic, active, hardworking people. And our main base of
members comes from Ridgewood, Glen Rock, Ho-Ho-Kus.
The Ridgewood A.M. Rotary Club meets every Thursday morning from
7:30 to 8:30 a.m. at Fratelli Trattoria on Ridgewood Avenue.
Our meeting includes breakfast, a business meeting and program
speaker. We welcome guests and visitors. You will be greeted
warmly. A $10.00 charge covers the breakfast.
Take this opportunity and browse our website. Then come visit us
some Thursday morning. We’ll be looking for you! |
